Cadify Technologies

Full UX redesign and WordPress development for a North American engineering firm — turning a cluttered, lead-dead website into a precision client acquisition machine.

UI/UX Design

WordPress

The Brief

A technically elite engineering firm. A website that made them look anything but.

About the Client

Cadify Technologies delivers precision engineering across mechanical, aerospace, automotive, and electrical industries — CAD modeling, FEA analysis, CFD simulation, 3D printing, and technical drawings for demanding industrial clients across North America.

World-class capabilities. A website burying all of it.

They came with one brief: build a website that matches our engineering standards and starts winning us contracts online.

Billboard

The Problem

4 critical failures. 1 website quietly killing their pipeline.

A thorough audit revealed four problems that were directly costing Cadify contracts — none of them obvious, all of them fixable.

Navigation overload. 13 service items crammed into a single dropdown. Technical buyers couldn't find what they needed in under 10 seconds — so they left.

Zero technical depth. FEA analysis. CFD simulation. Reverse engineering. Each described in 2 generic sentences. No process. No deliverables. No proof. Technical buyers expect technical language — they got marketing fluff instead.

Portfolio buried. Their strongest asset — real CFD flow visualizations, FEA stress maps, precision CAD drawings — hidden 3 clicks deep. Never seen by the clients who needed to see it most.

No conversion path. No RFQ system. No trust signals. A single email address on the contact page. Serious B2B procurement teams had nowhere to go.

The result: near-zero inbound enquiries. A pipeline running on referrals alone — with no system to scale it.

The Solution

4 weeks. 10 pages. Built for the technical buyer — not the average visitor.

Before touching a single pixel, I reverse-engineered how Cadify's ideal clients make buying decisions online — then built every page around removing the friction standing between them and a signed contract.

Week 1 — Strategy and Wireframes. Audited the existing site. Mapped user journeys for 3 buyer types. Rebuilt the information architecture from scratch — 13 chaotic nav items condensed into 4 logical categories. Every service mapped to its own dedicated landing page with a clear conversion goal.

Week 2 — UI/UX Design and Interactions. Designed a dark, precise visual system that signals engineering authority in seconds. Full Figma design system built across desktop, tablet, and mobile — complete with scroll-triggered animations, micro-interactions on CTAs, and hover effects prototyped before a single line of code was written.

Weeks 3–4 — Development. Custom WordPress build from the ground up. Fast-loading, SEO-structured, fully responsive, and CMS-ready — the client's team updates content without touching code. Scroll animations and parallax sections implemented precisely from prototype. Animated stat counters, smooth card entrances, and a premium feel on every scroll. RFQ system integrated on every service page. Project gallery, custom post types, and all page templates built and QA tested before launch.

Post-Launch — 30 Days Support. Didn't disappear after go-live. Monitored performance, resolved issues, and refined pages based on real visitor behaviour until the site was converting consistently.

Flowers In The Can

The Result

A website that finally worked as hard as their engineers.

Four weeks of strategic design and precision development delivered one outcome — a website that converts technical buyers into qualified enquiries without a single sales call.

→ Service pages now reachable in 1 click instead of 3 — zero friction for technical buyers on a time budget.

→ Every service page now carries full technical depth — process breakdowns, deliverable examples, and industry applications that speak directly to engineering procurement teams.

→ The RFQ system pre-qualifies every lead before it hits the inbox — project type, budget, and timeline captured upfront. Zero back-and-forth. Zero wasted calls.

→ The project portfolio — once buried and invisible — is now the site's #1 conversion asset. Real CFD simulations, FEA stress maps, and precision technical drawings visible from the homepage.

→ A company pioneering engineering solutions across 4 industries now has a digital presence that proves it from the first scroll.
